Q: Please tell us about the procedure.
Seza: The treatment takes two and a half to three hours to do, and it includes a small trim of the ends, which keeps your ends healthy and thick so they don’t break off. I wash your hair with our signature George Michael products, then apply the treatment and put you under a heating cap for an hour. Then I rinse your hair and set it in rollers. This helps to lock the treatment in.
When your hair is dry, I trim it and get rid of the split ends. You cannot wash or get your hair wet for three days after the treatment. Your hair will be shiny and clean when you leave, you just can’t get it wet for three days.
Q: What result will I get immediately?
Seza: With your first treatment you will notice a great improvement in the way your hair feels. It will be shiny, silky and soft. To really strengthen your hair and to experience long-term benefits, I do recommend coming in every two months.
Q: How much does it cost?
Seza: $175, which will get you the treatment, set and trim.
Q: Who are your clients and what are their concerns?
